Tucked away along a private drive in West Sussex you'll find Balcombe Place, a Grade II* Listed country house built in 1856.

In 2017, after 64 years, Balcombe Place returned to the management of Lord and Lady Denman's descendants, three generations of them in fact. It was important to the family that after so many years of the property being in the hands of others, that the house's next adventure would be one that complemented its features while ensuring the survival of the property as part of the Balcombe Estate. 

Every detail of the renovation has been done sympathetically and in keeping with how the property was in the early 1900's, with a few modern touches. From old photographs and facts gleaned from those who knew the property when the Denmans' lived here has resulted in the rediscovery of this important building and its many great characteristics. 

Balcombe Place will host an array of events throughout the year and with the support of the owners, and your own coordinator, you will be welcomed with open arms, our home is your home.
