We are a stone's throw from London and major transport networks, including Gatwick airport and Haywards Heath train station which will take you straight into London. Ample parking hidden within the trees and a lawn for a helicopter landing means you can arrive in style no matter what your choice of transport.

By car
Heading southbound on the M23 take junction 10A and follow signs to Balcombe. Continue through the village of Balcombe. You will pass the Balcombe Estate Sawmill on your right, then come into the national speed limit area. As the road veers to the right, take the left hand turning on the bend - it feels like going straight on. Drive up to the gate ahead of you, with the large stone pillars either side and the lodge on your right. The gate is signed, Balcombe Place (Access to house only.)
This is the North Lodge entrance, and the only entrance with access to Balcombe Place.
NB We have electric gates which are likely to be locked when you arrive. Please call the person you are meeting, or call the office number. You will have to confirm who you are before being let in. Follow the drive to the house, please watch your speech.
by train
Balcombe (BAB) has its own railway station. We would advise not walking from here. Because taxis can be tricky in our rural location we suggest Three Bridges Railway Station (TBD) or Haywards Heath Railway Station (HHE) depending on your original location. Both are ten-fifteen minutes away and carry all major train lines to and from London and Brighton.
Taxis can be found outside the Haywards Heath and Three Bridges but it is always advised that you book. Uber can be used from Three Bridges.

Otherwise Gatwick is our closest airport, approximately twenty minutes from Balcombe Place.
Heathrow is only slightly further, approximately fifty minutes from Balcombe Place.
